Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating & Air Cond. LLC

I tried place a work order with this company for the first time today. The lady who answered the phone was very aggressive, told me they don't work with brokers/property managers, and promptly hungup on me. Unwarranted aggression and a complete lack of finesse.

I called Perrysburg Plumbing after a month of getting the run around from another local Plumbing company. Kenny came out the same day I called. He fixed the plumbing issue in my shower in a couple of hours. He even went back to the shop late that afternoon to get the part so that it would be fixed correctly. I was very impressed with his patience and professionalism. I will call Perrysburg Plumbing if I ever have another plumbing concern.

DJ and Tyler installed a new furnace for me this week. They were efficient, careful, thorough, and pleasant. Took time to explain things to me. I've used Perrysburg P, H & AC before and have never been disappointed. They may be a few dollars more expensive than competitors, but they are worth it.

We had a leak appear Saturday night and I was flying out of state on business Sunday. I was not able to repair myself so I called Perrysburg Plumbing and got a return call. Devin arrived quickly and finished the repair just 30 minutes before I had to leave. Thanks Devin and Perrysburg Plumbing for the courteous and professional job!

Jason was very thorough and knowledgeable. Job was completed quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Will be using PPLAC for any future work. Additionally, arrived on-time which was great.
