Rooms: Clean and spacious rooms.

Rooms were clean, aside from a few stains on the carpet and chaise lounger. These rooms have actual pump soap/shampoo/body wash. Rooms contained a mini fridge with freezer, Coffee Kurieg, microwave, and an ironing board. Beds were firm and comfortable, pillows a little soft for my liking. Juice machine was broken for breakfast. Menu : Pancake, yogurt, vegetable egg white omelet, seasoned potatoes, bacon, bagel, toast, cereal, cinnamon rolls. Regular and Decaf coffee. Pool was very cold. Theres a shower to rinse off by the door. The kids lasted about 10-15 mintues in the pool before using the shower tobwarm up. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby to check out.

The night manager Aaron Dimanna was amazing. He has incredible customer service and really turned our night around! We drove 2hrs from cleveland to stay in another hotel 9 minutes down the block that was TERRIBLE to say the least. I called this Holiday Inn on Roachton to see if they could accommadate a last minute reservation and im so glad that Aaron was on the other end. His customer service and care was top notch, even down to the friendly and polite way he answered the phone both times i called. He stayed on a few extra minutes to give us directions too. When we walked in he greeted us like he already knew who we were! He had our paperwork printed already and he really was just great! We decided in our room that we will only stay at IHG hotels in the future because of our awesome interaction and experience with Aaron. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was really good too. The potatos had me going back for seconds. Thank you so much for a awesome experience. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!
