We have been going to this location for YEARS, prior to My Eye Dr taking over. The service has drastically declined. The eye doctor is ok, friendly and listens to patients, but the staff is not as personable. Many of them look and act grumpy when assisting customers. I feel bad for walking in for appointments because I feel like I am bothering them. They are argumentative about prices, and almost bully you into purchasing eyewear there. Gone are the days of receiving assistance when looking at glasses.you have to serve yourself. I miss the old staff!

Ummm be careful going here.. I was never told that I would need a bifocal to be able to see up close. This is the first time Ive ever needed bifocal lenses so I really dont know much about them. Still dont So I have new glasses that I have to keep taking off to be able to see up close. This shouldve been addressed and explained to me. It was not communicated at all. Then I spoke with a staff member and she just basically swept it under the rug and said yeah were usually really good at letting you know that information. I said it was never communicated to me. Then she well Im not really sure what we can do for you but I will call you back. I said well do you have my number and she rattled off my old number from 2020. They never even updated my information in the system and they never called me back Oh but you bet your bottom dollar they made sure I paid my co pays though Not a happy camper

This place is a joke I left the office and told them that I would not be back I have been in my back up pair of glasses for almost a month now and everytime I would call to see if Mt glasses where in it was a different excuse I highly recommend that this place gets shut down when Dr Brody ran the practice their where no problems but as soon as my eye doctor took over nothing but problems
