This location has gone seriously downhill. Used to be a 5-star Donatos, but both quality and customer service has become very poor. I wish I could rate 0 stars! More times than not, the food orders are wrong. And the employees are unprofessional and rude. The young guy with the curly black hair looks high every time I come here, and the rest of the staff isn't much better. If you decide to come inside to place or pick up your order, it takes forever to even get acknowledged. When they do greet you, it's not in a friendly manner. And half the time, they forget you're waiting so you have to go back to the kitchen bar to ask for your food. Where is management??? They need to stop hiring young kids who only care about getting high and start hiring responsible adults who take pride in their job. This location has lost my business!

I used to love dining in at this location, but lately the service has been horrible. The employees are all young kids who could care less about their customers. The food is good *when* they get the orders right, but that's rare anymore. I'm tired of throwing my money away so from now on I'll either drive to a different Donatos location, or another pizza shop all together.
