        I contacted Elite after two friends recommended them, one whod battled yellow jackets and the other whod had carpenter bees. Our problem is carpenter bees, which we hadnt been able to resolve with traps purchased on Amazon. Elites contract is not cheap but I compared it to the cost of repairing the damage the bees can do. As my friends had predicted, our technician (Sam) was knowledgable, efficient, and courteous. In his first visit, he did a very thorough check of our houses perimeter. We had a couple of other issues that we wouldnt have called a pest company to address, but since we had signed on, we laid out all the concerns. Sam addressed them all; its too early to say if this will resolve our bee problem, but Im hopeful, as Elite was able to eradicate the issue at my friends. About a week after Sams first visit, we had a surprise invasion of black ants and Elite was able to get Sam back out to deal with it within a few hours. All in all, I think this will be a good use of resources in terms of protecting our property and Im happy to have one less thing to do as a homeowner.
