I literally don't know how Melinda Seeds has a license. She does not align her GAL recommendations with the judicial law nor the parents constitutional rights .. Her time management is terrible , she must be extremely broke trying to get out of her parents basement or something because she takes on any case to milk money even though she does not have the time to actually investigate them. She has zero urgency, zero passion, &will make it abundantly clear with her complete lack of response to you & your attorney for weeks, going on months. This is a parent vs non-parent case, I've passed 3 difference 10 panel substance abuse tests with flying colors, have a safe and providing home ALONE, and a two income household at a job I've excelled at and been top sales agent of for 7 years straight. Ask Melinda why a non-parent, a baby sitter at that, has had custody of my children for the last 4 months or how I'm in any way deemed unfit in the slightest even after CPS AND CPD cases have been opened/closed unsubstantiated. She will have ZERO answers for you, nor will she verbalize anything to change the current circumstance's or recommendations. How does she get away with this? How many cases is she mishandling & not being held accountable for? I believe she takes brides under the table because nothing she is doing is by the legitimacy of her legal role to abide by. She needs reviewed by OSBA. In the meantime we had to request a set aside order to override her role because of how incompetent she is

Do to our personal experience, my family and I can not with good conscience reccomend Hayes law firm. My grandpa trusted this law firm and they let him down. Took his money, the money they are now getting from a client who has completely dismissed his wishes and we still have to pay them for a job they didn't do well. Also we had to hire a separate attorney to get their current client to do the right thing. Greedy is the only word I have to describe this law firm.
