        The only thing this dealership seems capable of is selling cars...they offer trash service, terrible customer service and you get the run around whenever you try to contact them for issues. All car lots sell cars....Id suggest buying elsewhere....21 Mustang GT

        Tiffany in the service center really kept me in the loop and went above and beyond to make sure we were given the best service possible. They are great people and made sure we left happy customers. Will always come back when in need of service.

        My husband and I bought a truck a little over a month ago. It was on the loaner fleet. It has 4000 miles and would not start, had to get it towed out of the driveway. When we called Coughlin, they were unwilling to look at the car for a month and unwilling to give us a loaner. We both have jobs and need to go to work and do daycare dropoffs. We have two cars because we need two cars and expect a new car to be reliable. Will not be going there again. My husband and I bought a truck a little over a month ago. It was on the loaner fleet.         Had my truck (purchased new from them) in for service yesterday. Didn't go as expected. Tires not rotated, possibly wrong oil used, billing questions. Why the five star review? When I went back this morning ready for a fight, what I got was a sincere apology, a genuine interest to resolved the problem immediately, another oil change to make sure it's correct, tires rotated, and a significant reduction in my bill to offset the hassle. I know things don't always go as planned but I gave them a chance to fix the issue. They delivered. Still a customer and would still recommend. Had my truck (purchased new from them) in for service yesterday. Didn't go as expected. Tires not rotated, possibly wrong oil used, billing questions. Why the five star review?
