        Was able to get an appointment the next day. The technicians (Eric and Christian) showed up on time and was very professional and helpful during the diagnostic process and walked me through the estimate for repairs. Work is scheduled for water damage repairs to chimney once the new chimney cap is in.

        Easy to work with and knowledgeable about the world of fireplace care and maintenance. They got our fireplace working and cleaned up, and did some work to keep the the cap in good order so water didnt end causing a bigger issue.
