I went in Express Auto about a week ago with my dad looking for a car. I was at the point of giving up on car searching but Chuck & Tommy worked with me! They were able to get me in a Hyundai Tucson with no hassle. The car passes the E-Check with no problems on the first try too. You will not find anything in this car lot except garbage and salesman that take advantage of new drivers and the elderly. I will never be back here. I bought a car for 5k barely a year ago and was not informed the vehicle had been in a severe accident that required being rebuilt out of three cars. The pictures they showed me of the accident did not fully describe the detail and damage the vehicle had suffered. CAM knowingly sold me an unsafe vehicle with severe wiring issues. My car basically fell apart today. The vehicle turns on and off on its own, the radio and heating systems turn off when driving through the snow, any time traction control activates my car would turn off. I was not told of the severe damage the car suffered to even begin to understand what possible issues there might be. That was my first car and I am extremely disappointed. anybody coming here to buy a car, just turn around and leave. They sold me an unsafe vehicle as a first time owner and did not care. I was told by the salesman to avoid multiple cars in their lot due to mechanical and safety issues, but the car they sold me was an exception?! Absolutely ridiculous. They took advantage of a young girl and my grandparents looking to get me my first car, and sold us the most dangerous and unreliable vehicle on the lot. It was a 2012 Chevy Sonic with 86k miles. This should not have happened.

Bought a vehicle over a year ago. It had been wrecked and repaired. It was far less expensive than similar cars of same year/mileage. It isn't perfect, but you gotta know what you are buying. They answered all my questions and showed before and after photos. If you don't ask questions about your purchase then discover informative at a later date, is it the dealer fault? Short answer: no. I'm not saying everything was perfect, an O2 sensor went bad within 100 miles of purchase but I slapped it in for less than $50. One rim had a slight wobble (probably a pothole or from accident) so I bought new for $200. Its been fine ever since, just regular maintenence stuff. TLDR: ASK QUESTIONS, LOOK UP VIN, WEIGH COST VS. CONDITION

The car we purchased had some issue driving home, they lived up to the challenge but more issue arising. Just becareful buyer.
