I was taken in , in about 10 minutes was out in about an hour Everyone was very nice

My son Was in pain crying so hard got to express care at 1:20 checked in for pain in his ear they told me 2 hours I said I will wait hes crying in pain, nurse came out about 20 mins after said well just so you know if it goes passed 4 we wont see him. A kid crying his eyes out and you not gonna see him wow so messed up. I left took him to minute clinic and mom son has bad ear infection tear in his ear drum and A rupture. I will never take him back to you guys and I will be filing a complaint against the express care of metro I work in health care and would never turn away someone crying and a kid to be exact. Shame on you

They checked me in, made me wait for 30 mins took my vitals and then told me that they are at full capacity so the doctor will not see you. I returned the next day, has fever of 103 with chills, checked in again and waited for 45 mins, they called me in, took my vitals and again said that they are at full capacity. I asked a simple question why you didnt tell me at the start and why you kept me waiting for 45 mins just to tell me that I have to go back. The nurse said you have to leave or we will call the security. I was surprised with the rude behavior. I went out and asked the front desk if they could tell me the nurse's name so that I could complain about her and she said we dont know the name. No empathy for the patients and very rude behavior.
