Needed a new skimmer on an inground pool. I reached out to many companies, with no response. I called Metropolitan Pools and am so happy I did. Chris came out quick, gave an estimate and started the work within a week. We were so confident in their knowledge and workmanship that we replaced our 40 year old heater as well. He and Mike did a great job and we can't wait to open in the spring.

My daughter worked for them during the summer. They were very unwelcoming, rude and dismissive towards her. She felt so uncomfortable working for this company she quit.

My daughter was signed up to take the lifeguarding class this coming weekend. The only requirement by the company was that the 7 hour on line class was supposed to be done before the in class started on Saturday. They canceled her out of the class because she had not started the on line portion yet. When I called they said they could not put her back in the class because she was not going to be working for them this summer. This company is unprofessional and did not hold up their end of the agreement. I would not use them nor recommend them to anyone I know.

We completely understand the frustration with the classes for this weekend. Unfortunately the class was overbooked and we decided to remove the students who hadn't started the online course in order to verify we had the correct student to teacher ratio. We would love to speak with you about remedying the situation at your earliest convivence.
