I am having a really good first experience with feasel roofing having been given a good reference from a close friend of mine that said they were very pleased with their experience. I called a couple weeks ago. Aunt, the scheduler was very customer service oriented and had a genuine concern for my experience. True professionals that care about customer service. Bryce was my field inspector and kept good communication, And was very educated about the insurance aspects of my concerns in the industry. Thank you and looking forward to The follow-through. Very impressed so far. Rob p.

Thank you to Field Supervisor, Nick Buehner with Feazel for taking the time to review my roofing issue/estimate and resolving my problem so quickly. During the initial estimate, Nick B. sent someone from his team out that day to fix the problem temporarily and at no charge, until I was able to replace my roof. None of the other roofing estimates offered to fix anything temporarily. This kind gesture indicated to me that this company is honest and goes above and beyond to help people. Thank you again. Last year, after having attended the Home and Garden Show, I decided to investigate the possibility of incorporating a solar roofing solution to my property in order to see if I could save myself some money. So I reached out to Feazel Roofing - since they'd given me the most information about the Solar Shingles by GAF. In addition to the fact that at the time Feazel was one of the few roofing companies in our area that offered the installation of this product. As expected, I was contacted by customer service the same day. I spoke with Chelsea Leavelle and we set an appointment. She was even nice enoough to send me a confirmation email: Hi [Deejartist], It was great talking with you. I have your appointment confirmed for Monday, 6/12/23 at 2pm. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime. Thank you and we look forward to the opportunity to work together. Have a great rest of your day! Sincerely, Chelsea Leavelle As it turned out, the service man couldn't make it on that day. So we reschedled for 6/14/23 at 12 pm. On 6/14/23 a service man named Nick Buehner came by at the appointed time. I told him exactly what I was looking for: An estimate on what it would cost to have this type of roof installed on my roof. Nick said that's what he would after he went up on the roof to take some measurments. When he came down off of my roof, he told me that he "found" wind damage on all 4 slopes of my roof. He explained that this meant that I could be eligible for an entire roof replacement. He even took me outside to show me the areas where he'd marked with chalk the shingles that were sticking up in the air. They weren't like that before, but I figured he knew what he was talking about. I was excited about that news, but that wasn't why I'd called him over. When I asked him if he was able to figure out what it would cost me to get the solar shingles, he said that he'd have to go back to the office to do some caluclations and he'd get back to me once this was done. He urged me to contact my insurance company about the "damage" that he'd found and he'd coordinate with them to see about getting my roof replaced. Then, he left. On 6/15/23 I sent him an email to thank him for coming and to remind him about what I was looking for. But I got NO response from Nick or anyone else from Feazel. So, I let some time go by in case they just needed to fininsh getting whatever information together that they had to gather. But then I sent another email on 6/22/23 to follow up and see if any progress had been made in putting together an estimate for what it would cost to get Solar Shingles installed on my home. Nick responded to tell me that on 6/19/23 he'd forwarded my contact info and my questions to the head solar specialist and that I should hear from him any day now. I responded and said, Okay. And that I would await Nick's response with the full estimate, and also to hear from your head solar specialist as well. But again, I heard nothing more from anyone. I called Chelsea to see what was going on. And a few days later on 7/10/23 I got an email from Nick asking if anyone had contacted me. I responded and told him that I had not heard anything from anyone. That was the last that I heard anything from Feazel. All of my calls since went unanswered. So I stopped calling! I had another professional examine my roof since that time and discovered that the "damage" "found" on my roof (by Feazel) was uncharateristic of weather damage and was most likely done deliberately by an unscrupulous roofer in order to get my business. On 2/15/24 I got a call, from someone named Jericho, at Feazel, asking if I was still interested in solar roofing. When I told him what happened last year, he apologized for my experience but then basically proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that no one did anything to rectify the problem. My experience is that this company is unscrupulous, nonresponsive, and rude. I'm done with Feazel Roofing! My advise is stay away from this company!

Had a great experience with Feazel for a complete roof replacement due to storm damage. The crew that came out to replace were professional and paid extra special attention to keeping my property clean and tidy. Special kudos to the field representative Mike Stack who worked with insurance and saw the entire project through for us. Without him, the experience would not of been as specialized and easy.
