Saying I was nervous being a first time home buyer would be a massive understatement. After my wife and I met with Rich, those feelings were quickly alleviated. Rich was knowledgeable, attentive, informative, honest, funny and kind. With Rich the process felt easy and stress free. Id buy 10 more houses with him if I could. Happy to have had a realtor that was on my side and working for me. 10/10

Richard has helped me purchase and sell several homes. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail so that you always know exactly what has happened, what is happening currently and what is expected in the coming future steps in whatever process you are currently in. He tells you what options you have and will guide you through buying or selling, so that you do not feel confused or lost in the complex world of real estate, since (we) teh common folk don't deal with this everyday !!! I highly recommend him !! !! !!

Highly recommend Rich! Used him for probate sale of my brothers house. Rich helped me navigate the difficult and unexpected situation in a thoughtful way. Being a 1st time home buyer is exciting and scary at the same time I can't tell you how many times rich explained and re-explained and how many houses we looked at he was extremely patient understanding and informative.
