        Dawn and Mike were fantastic! We needed to have multiple things done in our house, including replacing our main water shut off. Dawn was very prompt coordinating with the water department to find our water main. They also replaced a faulty faucet and installed a water pressure bladder for our heater. Great plumbers who were very thorough, professional and affordable. Highly recommend!

        We hired Mike and Dawn solely on their reviews, all 5 stars and they were local. I am so happy we did! They replaced 2 pipes for us which were in my kitchen ceiling(from upstairs bathroom tub) They fixed everything perfectly and in a timely manner, they were very respectful to us and our house - laid drop cloths everywhere etc, courteous , knowledgeable, answered my questions, price was fair and they're nice and honest. We're hiring them again without a doubt :) Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Mike and Dawn have done multiple plumbing repairs in our home and they always do stellar work with a smile. They always answer our calls very promptly and we have never had to wait to make an appointment. Their work is always top notch and after every job they've done for us, they always explain everything clearly about what caused the problem and how it was fixed. Their rates are very affordable and you will not get better service from anyone else.       We understand that you are disappointed in the unsuccessful attempt to clear your blocked drains. As we discussed prior to beginning the work, there is no guarantee that any drain cleaning will be possible due to various circumstances out of our control. Your house is over 70 years old, which means that the integrity of your plumbing system unpredictable and has likely been compromised in several ways over the years.Even though the outcome was not what either of us had hoped for, we still had to charge you for our time. We spent a considerable amount of time snaking each drain and performed additional diagnostics with your plumbing system.The solution for the underlying problem in your lavatory sink was provided to you in an estimate which was sent to you afterwards.Furthermore, we provided several options to you for your blocked branch sewer. There was evidence of issues with your branch sewer since someone previously cut into a section of the kitchen drain in the basement. We referred you to a company that can perform sewer jetting as a possible solution for this, as well as our verbal discussion to break open the floor, install a cleanout, and snake it properly.We take the utmost pride in our work and stand behind our diagnostics and troubleshooting methodologies.
