Everyone in Parma was very nice. I went to the wrong location and when I called, they said as long as I could get there by 15 minutes after my appointment was to start then I would be seen and I was!

Had some fillings done 3 months ago, as the dentist was doing them she was telling the assistant how she does so many fillings a day she tries to do them as quick as she can get them in and out because its repetitive, which wasnt exactly reassuring when youre being worked on. Since then Ive had to have my bite readjusted, and have had severe sensitivity to all temperature. Came back for my follow up appointment and at first they acted like they had no idea I was supposed to be there, then they told me they wanted 280$ for a basic cleaning so I left.

Lies! My teeth where perfect with X rays last time in October, went back for my cleaning 6 moths later to be told I have to have a Deep Cleaning and X ray, again. Then told me that I have gum disease thats why they need to charge more$?! But u told me that my teeth where great and gums last October. Scam! Then they said they would take off the price of the X ray. With full dental insurance they wanted $110, should be covered with a basic cleaning! Wont be back I would rather a professional touch my smile.

The service at Aspen Dental was outstanding. From my greeting by the receptionist to the Technisian taking the xray's, the doctor, even the fiance specialist, every part of my appointment was excellent. I am glad I chose this office. Thanks.

Prices are a bit steep for dentures but the over professionalism of the staff puts that to the back Burner thank you Aspen for your great and positive service . (Former patient of Hudec Dental )
