        YUM! Everything we have tried has been nothing less than exceptional. The staff are so friendly and helpful to offer suggestions if needed. An amazing addition to the Parma area. Do yourself a favor and try this immediately!

        We ordered the (dry) chilli paneer as the appetizer along with pani puri (small crispy puffed bread that you stuff with potato and chickpea and minty/coriander flavored water) and dahi puri (the same puffy bread filled with potato, chutneys and sweetened yoghurt). The paneer looked like it was sauted in a soy based gravy/sauce and it was going to be very soy-salty tasting. But to our astonishment, it was perfectly balanced in terms of spicy chilly flavor and the perfect amount of soy glazing a crispy paneer that was soft and light. The yoghurt was too sweet to my taste, felt more like a dessert than an appetizer, otherwise tasted good. The pani puri could have packed a little punch (I had high expectations) but was still good. We also ordered the chole bhathura (soft fluffy bread served with a chickpea curry) and a rose falooda. The chole was a hit in my book, this was one of the best chole I have tried in all of US. The bhathura was soft and fluffy, but a little too thick for me (I personally prefer thinner bhathura breads), it was still pretty good and I gobbled almost all of it but the last few bites.The rose falooda was refreshing, not too sweet. The service was fast and pretty amazing. The staff were attentive, I belive it was the manager/owner who checked on us about the food every now and then. This is my second time here, I had a good first experience e here and would definitely return here anytime I drive through Cleveland. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a simple tasty vegetarian Indian good experience Vegetarian options: Chole bhathura, chilly panneer
