        I've given this Chipotle many tries, and okay, I get it. The dinner rush can be extremely busy work in fast food service. Yesterday was the last straw. Me and my mother came here around the dinner rush, and we understand workers are new and busy, but the whole kitchen area and store were dirty. There were a bunch of workers standing around but empty containers of ingredients everywhere, and the meat was old and stale. When we got our food, it tasted dry and old like a burrito from the 1950s. Every time we wanted something there, the kid was like we don't have that . And would not give us what we ordered or just scraps of old food. I guess we will be going to the Chipotle on West pleasent Valley or broadview heights now. Unacceptable service for $23 worth of food.

        Over charged 130 dollars to my mother's card wen the food was 43 dollars what a rip off watch out try to call the store went to the bank and yeah they rip her off
