In insurance business myself, I've rarely run across another agent like them, they really do treat everyone - employees and customers alike - just like part of their family. Received one price then was told that is not the correct price. This company sent an email for one agent then sent another stating this is not the agent. I drove to the business to speak to someone in person. It is at someones house. I parked across the street and called when we arrived and was told the person was not available. We got disconnected, I do not think on purpose, I called back and a man answered this time and said, for us to pull out of his driveway he has somewhere to go. I stated, I am not in your driveway I am across the street. The phone got disconnectd, this time by them on purpose. Needless to say I will use a different insurance company. Eerie came highly recommended so that experience was not what I thought it would be. 3/13/2024

Universal Insurance is the best insurance group out there. Chuck, Debbie, and Zack are the best. If you have a question or concern they will get the answers for you.
