i've been a member for a while but just now am starting to have problems. my debit card hasn't worked for online purchases so when i called they said i had a fraud charge a month ago, i was informed they emailed me about this fraud charge but i went thru all my junk and trash email and i did not get anything notifying i may have had a fraud charge. very unprofessional for a bank to not call the member about a fraud charge. will be canceling my membership. don't go here unless you want to be constantly on their ass about how they should do their job!!

Updated review: new account holder. Received debit card. Activated debit card. Attempted to make a CASH deposit at the ATM and was declined. Withdrew all of my cash instead. Not understanding AT ALL why I would be blocked from making cash deposits. Not a great start to our relationship.

I've been with this credit union for 15years and was always in good standing with them. I have never been approved for a loan even with a high credit score. I went elsewhere for loans but stuck with them for banking as they are local and the employees are always kind and personable. However, in the last couple years some of the newer employees have been very rude to me. There was recently an issue with my account that was the fault of the credit union and their new life insurance which I was automatically transferred to without notice. They made the decision but I have to be the one to fax paper work and call the insurance company. Funny because the women in the office at the credit union said "the credit union will handle the mistake"and never did! Then I speak to another employee and I'm told I have to take care of it. Obviously some people aren't doing their jobs and then want to speak to loyal customers like they are nothing.
