        I had the worst experience with this company they messed up all my paperwork and I havent been able to collect my return since 2020, and the worst part is that they said that it was my fault in 2021 the say that theres no record is my transaction they are not responsible

        They are good! Last year my refund was delayed because IRS needed additional info and I wasnt sure what exactly it was, but Liberty helped me through it, got the issue resolved and the refund came the next day. They also give you a can of pop and a bag of chips which is very nice. I tried doing my return once on my own, and learned that one tiny little error or even a mispelling will cause IRS to reject your return, so I let the pros at Liberty Tax Painesville handle it for me.
