Ward's Water Works

I was out of town, and last minute required a snow plow service for the big storm Elliot. I had searched through many companies, but no one was available to help Wards Water Works were the heroes. I also realize they do other services and will schedule a power washing of the house in the spring time with them. Great company. Kind and responsive and willing to help. They also were quick to respond in a refund for the days. They didnt need to plow per the storm was over. Good service and good people.

It was easy to set up an appointment. They were on time, and very Accommodating. They even took care of another issue I had at no extra cost. Afterwards took care of the clean up. Very professional, I highly recommend, Wards water works.

They did a wonderful job with my driveway. I felt they went out of their way to get my drive cleared after the storm. This business treated me as if I was family..

We needed our driveway and surrounding walkway cleared because we were having guests over and there was some heavy snowfall. We called around Noon on Christmas Eve and were told that someone would over at 3:30 PM. Well right on time at 3:30 PM the doorbell rang and Jacob greeted us and we went over what needed to be done. He and his co-worker cleared all the snow, salted and then went above and beyond by salting and cleaning the exterior doorway entry. We were amazed that we could call someone on Christmas Eve and they would come out in such a timely manner and do such a great job. We have a bunch of folks coming over and they will now be able to safely park and walk to the condo entry. We will certainly call Wards first the next time we are in need of one of the services they provide. It will probably be pressure washing the exterior of the condo, once the warm weather rolls around.
