        I encountered an issue during check-in where I was informed by the hotel that Expedia had canceled my reservation. However, after spending hours on the phone with Expedia, it was revealed that someone from the hotel had actually canceled my reservation. Despite Expedia showing my booking as confirmed and sending check-in emails, the confusion persisted. It was incredibly frustrating to arrive at the hotel only to face this ordeal. I would not recommend this hotel it seems to be very common after reading the reviews more. Also the pool is down for renovations and based on reviews that has been the case for the last 2 years.

        I'm not sure if there's new ownership, but our stay was 5 stars all the way! We live in the area and just wanted to have a fun date night away from the house. Clean rooms, excellent service and Jacuzzi tub made it even better! Rooms: Very clean and Jacuzzi tub in the room makes it even better.

        Horrible place to stay Pam and workers are nice an all to you but behind you are way different , heard stories about them from people who worked there, rooms dirty low on staff , workers always on phones and talking thru out work , you can hear conversations

        I felt very unsafe at this hotel. So unsafe in my room that I called for a police escort. The manager was very rude and mean and didnt care to understand where I was coming from. She immediately accused me of smoking marijuana in the room. The cop did a sobriety test on me which PROVED I was sober and the manager still charged me a smoking fee of 250$. This was an unfair charge and Im only being charged bc I feared for my safety in her hotel. From reading other comments on here it seems like she may be notorious for charging people unfairly when she doesnt get the review wanted. The manager can say whatever she would like below, but I have 0 reason to lie. Screen shot of another complaint below. Rooms: I did not feel safe with the mirror on the wall. The hotel didnt even care to check it.
