Scheduled a teeth cleaning 7 months ago and showed up for my appointment to find out it was cancelled. They said they called me the day before to inform me but I did not receive any such notification. Even if I did, cancelling the day before an appointment that was booked 7 months ago is ridiculous. I even had to take time off work and drive 30 minutes to find this out and be turned away. They didnt seem too sorry or even concerned with rescheduling me. I will not be going back here ever again! Very unprofessional system.
