        Sierra helped me and my spouse transfer from different carriers to a new family plan. She helped us navigate the promos currently offered by T-Mobile to get us both new phones with minimal out of pocket costs. On top of all that, she was super kind and friendly. All of the employees there today were great. We are extremely happy with our decision to switch and with our experience with this location.

        Had Brendan as a salesman and he was extremely helpful in my switch over from Verizon! I was impressed by his knowledge of my phone, and made it a very smooth transition. You made me a very happy customer!!

        Had a great experience a couple days ago finally getting a chance to give some recognition where its due. Its not everyday you walk into a store nowadays and you are greeted with a smile and someone who genuinely cares about what you need. My friend and I had the pleasure of working with Brendan on an issue she was having with her phone. Not only was he able to remedy the problem with a little troubleshooting but he also offered her some suggestions to prevent the problems from reoccurring. That to me is going above and beyond. By the end of our interaction Brendan had me second guessing why I havent switched my service over to him. I have a feeling Ill be making the switch very soon. Keep up the great customer service.
