        Great bank, very helpful staff. I had an issue with check and banker Jared handled it very fast and effective, so I got money deposited same day. Branch manager Chris went beyond my initial request and offered me help with name change on the account. All staff were friendly and professional. Thank you Chris and Jared for great customer experience and your immediate assistance, 5 stars. Chase Staff from Mentor Mall should take training from you on how to work with customers.

        Tellers are very friendly however 9/10 times I go the drive thru atm is broken, and about 8/10 times the inside atm is also BROKEN only chase bank in my area and I can never seem to come on a day its working:(
