        Hey the pos replied. Tie rod ends were not upsidown, was impossible for them to be upsidown I had to bring a diagram up there to verify you guys don't know what your talking about. ALL parts were ac Delco and moog. You welded me into a horrible alignment I have the printout from a different shop to prove it from the day after. I still have it and the camber bolts with weld all over them. Liars. Screwed us over on audi timing chains as well.

        We were in from out of town and ended up with a screw stuck in the tire of our rental car. The owner waited for us to arrive and helped us put on the spare to get us to the place to get a new vehicle. It was a holiday weekend and we couldnt find other shops that were open. He really saved us by helping us out. I was so touched by the kindness of the owner and the employees. They were so helpful and the service on the car was fast and capable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast and effective service from a group of awesome and kind individuals.

      David First of thank you for the re-review. The last time you were at our shop was 08/2019. I very vividly remember you I never kicked you out of our shop, we actually worked with you on every issue you ever had. I pulled up our notes from everything we did on your truck. We addressed issues from you installing your parts incorrectly, we addressed the poor fitment of your low quality parts. I pulled your alignment sheet from when we aligned your vehicle in 2019 and everything was in spec. Now if you have a new issue with your vehicle I would love to address it with you. If the camber bolts were welded like you say they were you could have called me to address what ever you thought was going on. Its hard to say who has done what in the last 5 years. If you would like to discuss what went on with your vehicle I am free when ever you would like to talk. Just a thought out of 10 reviews you have left you average a 3.6 star review and with repair shops you average a 1.66
