        Worst fries ever they ever over fried super dark brown crunchy. Tonight I saw the manager touch raw meat then he grabbed the TV remote then raw meat again. He didnt changed gloves.

        This place has been open a few months now and the service is terrible, hopefully they get it figured out. They also need to tell the help to pull up their darn pants. I have no desire to see their underwear...for God's sake grow up! This was my 4th and last trip to this place.

        Fries served black, but it's normal manager said. Sandwiches come with sauces, not on sandwich, manager says it's on there and looked at it but it was dry as a bone, ask for mayo, it was like pulling teeth, ask for ketchup said okay hands me 2 packets for family of 4, asked for new fries, told sorry the next ones will cone out the same way. Bathrooms are filthy and tables not wiped floors nasty, save yourself and dont cone here. And THEN,twenty mins into all our tabke getting their meal, they "FORGOT" my daymughters whole meal then acted like it was a sin to ask for a refund for it like wow! Mean people suck! I will Never come here again. To stay in oxford location, better step it up and find a manager that actually cares for the people, not 2 pennies for a fing ketchup packet bahahahaha
