They charged me 9 dollars for a large regular fry I didn't want them loaded so I still got charged the loaded price even if they were loaded 9 dollars seems crazy for a fry they have since changed there prices so I have edited my review

This was such a strange experience. The food was served by a robot. The menu was difficult to understand. The set up was strange. Every table was dirty. It was extremely hot inside and difficult to breathe. The food is fine, but if you're going to get it, I might opt for delivery rather than going and sitting down. I won't be back in person. I should've read the reviews before I went. I do not recommend this restaurant, even though I wish I could.

I recently went to Gobbler for lunch, and I got a four piece fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes with gravy, and corn, with four complimentary pretzel bites. The food was brought out by a robot, and I found it interesting that the plastic gloves were brought out via a condom wrapper as well. I wore the plastic gloves to prevent my hands from being greasy. The customer service was very friendly. I liked the atmosphere. The fried chicken was hot, tasty, and fresh. Good chicken. The corn was lukewarn, and a bit over-seasoned with pepper. It was decent though. The pretzel bites were okay, but a bit lukewarm, similar to the corn. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes had a very odd taste. It almost reminded me of some herb-like flavor, and Im not sure if it was the gravy, or the mashed potatoes themselves. You're also required to get them with gravy on them, which is odd. Overall, it was a good experience, but I would recommend solely sticking with the chicken. I deducted a star because the sides were sub-par.

After placing our food order went to find a table, several were dirty. Food was delivered by a robot tray, it got stuck by a chair. Once we started to eat the fish dinners we got the tartar sauce was in packets, the pretzel bites were hard like a rock. They changed for the tartar sauce too! The coleslaw was on the sour vinegar side, the green beans were ok heavily garlic flavored. We ordered an appetizer of green fried tomatoes. They were ok nothing special, greasy once they got cooled. The dining area was very smoky. They need more exhaust to get the grease smoke from the fryer out of the dining area. They also charge you to use your credit card a $1.27 surcharge and they ask for tips. They dont even walk the food out! Was disappointed I was hoping for a nice experience. Also they give you this with your order, I thought it was a wet wipe for your hands it was gloves. Also very overpriced!!
