Rented for two years and it was absolutely wonderful. Property was amazing, landlords were extremely attentive, easy to contact, and quick to complete our requests. They went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed, from changing lightbulbs, coming outside of business hours when we set the fire alarms off and overflowed the washer, to buying a new oven for us. Would recommend to everyone.

I rented with College Street Properties for 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say. Matt was always quick to respond and willing to help! Both Matt and Nick were awesome to work with and very communicative about maintenance. Truly made my college and first time renting experience!

I lived at one of Matts properties from 2021-2023 and he was one of the best landlords I have had! He was super responsive to maintenance issues and always responded in a timely manor. Additionally, the property was great and is the home to hundreds of memories!

Matt is an amazing landlord and was always willing to help with anything as soon as possible! Hes very responsive, understanding, and went out of his way to help me during a tough time. 10/10 recommend!!!
