        Brand new here this year, but I have absolutely loved living here. The apartments are super nice and high quality, the staff is so helpful and friendly, they have so many incredible giveaways and food and just create such an amazing community.

        I am a new resident at The Verge and I have only had great experiences. Move in went very smoothly, there were a few maintenance issues with my apartment but a few hours after sending in a maintenance request they came and fixed it! The clubhouse is very nice. I go workout there, use the study room, and play pool with my roommates. I highly recommend living here!

        The maintenance team is great! They’re really helpful and quick at coming and fixing anything. There’s ton of great lighting from the windows and the apartment is in great condition! The WiFi is sometimes a little spotty but it fixes itself in a few seconds.

        Had a very easy and smooth move-in experience this week! The unit is very nice and well-maintained & secure! Communication had been a little sketchy after my son signed the lease agreement, but all issues were resolved and questions answered very quickly once Alyssa McCoy (Marketing & Leasing) got involved! Hoping he loves his year at The Verge!
