        Absolutely the WORST interview and company I've ever applied for. They allow their workers to smoke cigarettes while running their welders INSIDE THE BUILDING. was even told that the workers don't have scheduled breaks because it costs to much to allow them too. DO NOT waste your time with this company. If you care about your life and well being you will not want to work here. I promise you
