Pre-paid for five treatments to be done in 2020 only had three done then was told that they would give me the two that they owed me from 2020 in 2021 seen them once in the spring end of July still haven’t got my second one that I was promised from 2020 would not recommend these people Unreliable

I was sitting in the drive through line at Orrville DQ and the big, white Ford F-series with the Classic Care trailer pulled in behind me halfway in the drive through line to drop off 3 people. He proceeded to sit behind me, then got agitated I would not get out of his way so he could pull around me. Honking his horn, gesturing at me and rolling his window down to yell at me after the line moved and he had clearance to pass me.
One question, sir: Where would you have liked me to go, since there was a large line of other people waiting to order in the drive through?
I'm sorry, but you are not more important than everybody else, despite what you may think. Your behavior was uncalled for and not appreciated. I guess that is why your company has earned a C+ BBB score.
A word of advice to you, sir: Don't act like a jerk while you have your company name and phone number on your truck.
