Start with a prompt, professional callback (not a common thing, as we learned). Then add two good guys who arrived on time (from distance), didn't try to upsell, addressed the problem, and cleaned up completely when they were done. When we needed a new water tank, we went back to Bapst, and the story was the same from start to finish...except they called ahead this time to ask if they could come early! I had Bapst Water Well Drilling install my well in August of 2022 while my house was under construction. I recently had an issue with water pressure and Eddie came out the next day and diagnosed the issue and had me up and running in about an hour. He was very informative since I was a first time well user. I highly recommend Bapst for you well needs.

As I type this review, Bapst is onsite drilling my new well. Today is Saturday, second day of drilling, and some of the drilling occurred during the rain earlier in the day. This crew has worked non-stop, very impressive, thus far, I would highly recommend Bapst for any of your future water well needs. I will follow up once the job is completed... thank you.

They do excellent work and are very timely. Everyone from the driller to the office manager was easy to work with.

We had been told that our well was dry and was distraught that we had been told by a previous place that it would take two weeks to come and fix it. We called Bapst and Eddie came out the same day. Eddie did a fabulous job, the well was not dry and he replaced the pump and we now have water. Thanks Eddie for being a blessing to us.
