        Called to reserve a small stump grinder for the weekend. Talk to lady at the desk. Gave me a quote of $125 a day. Hmm went to pick it up and they dont even have that particular machine in the state of Ohio. But they did have a $320 a day available. Wrong. Better send that chick to training because she definitely doesnt know what shes doing and as far as the manager goes he needs to learn customer service and make things right when his people screw up.

        The female at the desk didnt say any of the extra fees renting a generator for our wedding daythought it was a flat 275 little did we know we get a 175$ charge on top! Thanks for explaining everythingshould of just bought a generator at harbor freight for that price
