From the very first email requesting information to the final work being complete Rockwood Flooring was without a doubt the best service oriented company we have worked with. Matt Martins communication and updates with scheduling, demo, and installing were constant and timely. There were never Excuses. Dan, the installer was superb. His passion for tiling was evident. He was meticulous and thorough, and very tidy!! A real pleasure to have in our home. We cant say enough about Rockwood Flooring, their customer friendliness, their willingness to work around our painting deadline, and their commitment to serve. Very highly recommend!

Our experience from beginning to end was perfect. We did a whole house replacement of our floors. Our project was on time and handled professionally and flawlessly. This is our third project and we would highly recommend them.

Brian and his crew never disappoint - from selecting the product to the installation, they are always perfection. Plus, you cant find a nicer group of people. Would never call anyone else whether its floors, bathrooms or kitchen renovations, call Rockwood Flooring. .

The professionals at Rockwood Flooring were exactly that, PROFESSIONAL!
We had a whole house floor replacement for the second time with Rockwood. They performed high quality work for the first floor replacement so there was never a second thought of using any other company for the second floor replacement.
Matt was given a timeline that had to be met and they exceeded the expectation by completing the project ahead of schedule with NO shortcuts taken and with nothing but professional perfection all while we were also living in the home during the replacement work.
During the course of the work I was continually impressed by their work ethics, timeliness , keeping the work area clean and attention to details; they were even extremely patient and kind while dealing with the young puppy of the house that assisted them every dayall day!
During the course of the work I had voiced to Matt the fantastic work that was being done on a daily basis by his guys. Each day ended with a review of the days work and a full explanation of what would be accomplished the next day. In other words they had a plan and followed it through with perfection.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company to anyone but especially to those of us that want quality work above all else.
