        Despite this dorm being over half a century old, there is no charm left behind. The showers are teeming with drain flies, there is an indefinite funk in all of the hallways, and the kitchen is always a mess. That being said none of this is on the janitorial staff, who do an amazing job. Hopefully there is something to salvage from this dorm, but it may need a demolition to bring anything good from it.

        Ancient, 1960's dormitory at 2023 private college prices. Oberlin is a wonderful learning institution but student housing is subpar -- dormitories are antiquated and off-campus options are very limited. Just sayin'.
