Main Street Laundromat

Somebody was there spackling wallboard and said the place is open 24/7. Machines work and seem new. Looks like it is being renovated and is open and operational in the meantime. All cash for now but change machine works, too.

*UPDATE* New Owner. New machines. Washers start at $4. My clothes haven't smelled this fresh in a long time. Cost more, but better machines!!

I think this laundromat is recently under new ownership given the sign inside titled Beanies Laundry of Oberlin, and the fact that there were new machines in boxes waiting to be installed. The place is a little rough inside but I found everything to be functional. The change machine worked, as did the soap dispenser. Washers and dryers worked perfectly and accomplished their jobs without mishap. There are no hours posted but they were open at 9AM on a Saturday and when I drove by around 9PM, I noticed there were still folks doing laundry. Convenient location near downtown Oberlin and hopefully they continue improving the inside! Was happy this place existed and I didnt have to drive to Elyria when I needed to do laundry in a pinch while traveling.

Lost $2.50 when washer didn't work. Lost another .75 when trying to purchase dryer sheet!! Beware! Will not go here again
