An absolutely wonderful, efficient experience - I can't sing their praises highly enough. The screw holding my glasses nosepad had fallen out and none of the screws in my glasses repair kit fit, so I was wondering if they'd be able to reattach the nosepad. I received immediate, attentive service. They didn't do glasses repair, but Chris happily offered to take a look to see what they could do. He was able to reattach my nosepad in under five minutes, using a pin from his jewelry stuff, and we chatted while he did so. He was also incredibly generous - instead of charging me for the repairs, and I would've been happy to pay, all he asked for was a Google review. They're kind and helpful and reasonable - the best kind of business. My new go-to for repairs and advice, and I'll recommend them to anyone I can.

Willow Jewelry is exactly what you are looking for. Wonderful selection, incredibly helpful and kind staff. I went in to get a few rings resized and they went above and beyond to ensure that my items came away polished and in amazing shape. I really appreciated their kindness. This is THE one stop shop in downtown Oberlin.

Great service, beautiful jewelry and friendly atmosphere. Chris and the other store associate were so kind and helpful. Chris fixed my necklaces same day and did a phenomenal job on both pieces, highly recommend!

Wonderful service at Willow! I went in to get a new watch adjusted and I was helped immediately. The manager Chris was able to adjust my watch and install a new battery in 20 minutes. Very friendly and cozy inside, I will be going back for any jewelry repair needs.
