Candi, the rep who I spoke with is exceptionally nice and courteous, and the two-man service cleaners were here at my house for a full three hours, we got the whole house done. But...after they left I started noticing a lot of missed spots. My son's room, the spare bedroom, the living room where they missed an entire vertical swipe because that portion of the carpet was still dirty and bone dry! Their machine tripped my circuit breaker from the kitchen, and today I just got my water bill...originally their charge was a total of $130. After speaking with Candi again and sending her pictures, she spoke with her boss, and they brought the bill down to $85 plus tax. But...with the amount of water they used (I'm sorry, but it looks like a machine you can rent at Home Depot) my water bill increased from average of $64 and this current bill is $99.18. I am not happy about my carpets, that's for sure, and I will not be using them again. No deodorizer used and stains still left on the carpet that I had to go over! If I can get them out, why couldn't they?
