      image When it works it is great but their website has been very poor which is needed to track the filters condition and age. This has been an ongoing issue for quite some time. They are slow to respond to help requests. Im sorry I bought it!

      image No data showing up. non responsive from voice and email. Troubling signs of company failure. Used to be ok..but not since end of July 2023.

      image I have had the wired in filter sensor installed for 329 days and I have two washable filters that are only 16% clogged. I love the app and that the service is free. I got my unit on sale which was a bonus. I also love that I can see the return air temperature to better manage air flow when I use A/C or winter solar passive heat panels.
