Okay so last week I had an appointment, 3 days in a row they call to confirm that I will be at my appointment. The day of my appointment they cancel and say the doc won't be in. So I rescheduled my appointment to today, I happen to be 14 min late when I walk in. The guy at the desk said you have to reschedule, we have a 15 min policy. I looked at my phone and it clicked 15 min late as I was talking to the guy. He literally said ope it's now 15 min late you now have to reschedule. Okay you don't have to follow the rule about canceling the appointment on the day of,but damn if traffic gets heavy and I'm 14min late. Yea this place has gotten to be a joke, new younger lest grumpy staff would be pleasant.

I was a patient at this clinic for a couple of years. I have cancer and my cancer doctor told me that I am allergic to the dye in pills. I tell my primary care doctor Cajigas but he ignores what I say and keeps on prescribing this medicine with the color in it. When I told him I hadn't been taking the pills he told me that I had to go elsewhere for treatment for non compliance to him but i listened to my cancer doctor . So no mercy for me !!!

Absolutely ridiculous time to wait on the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. No one answered the phone. Yesterday, 14 minutes. Last week 11 minutes. I hope the service provided is better than the initial call to request a form. I had to get a form needed today for a client.

Before Dr. Regis moved locations, I thought his team was phenomenal. I write this review with great dismay. For months now, they've been having trouble with their phones...people often can't get through. ..CAN'T GET A CALL THROUGH TO A DOC OFFICE!!! Atrocious. No one returns calls even when promised. Dr. Regis took an entire week (7 days) to respond to my inquiry regarding improper medication dosage that he prescribed. He actually missed one of my appointments and has missed specified call times. People have jobs...we slot in specific times for these services.....very disrespectful. What are we paying for? How is this acceptable. The office staff is highly unprofessional and have dismissed my concerns multiple times. The gentlman nurse in Dr. Regis's office was particularly rude over the phone, disrespectful to my concerns regarding lack of care. The staff says they "expedite" my concerns but no one calls me back. Someone needs to investigate this practice. Glad to have relocated
