        I've called 5 companies so far. 1 told me they are to busy to even schedule a walk through and the other 3 never called me back. Burgess called me back to say he doesn't service elyria and still offered to answer any questions. I'm sure his work reflects his excellent customer service.

        This is an all around great company! We had them out to install the electric work for our hot tub. While they were here, they also replaced an outlet and fixed out outdoor light. Extremely professional and high quality work. Pricing is competitive and fair. We will continue to use Burgess Electric for any of our electrical needs. 5 Stars. Highly recommend. Services: Light fixture repair, Electrical outlet & switch repair
