BEWARE OF SHOTTY unseen WORKMANSHIP, missing material, AND CUTTING CORNERS TO MAKE ExTRA PROFIT, LEAVING YOU WITH A HOME YOU COULD EXPECT TO BE MAking major repairs within a few YEARS!!!!!!!!! REPAIRS SO EXPENSIVE YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY TO REPAIR BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. AN EXAMPLE SIMPLE THINGS SUCH as tuck pointing mortor joints and adequate gravel over drain tiles can coust you 75,000.00 to get to after your attached garage is built. And your basement walls are cracking. This is not what you expect from a 4 yr old home, so BEWARE before you regret it like we did!!!! BEWARE of anything that's hidden, anything you don't see. Make sure you have a building inspector inspect every aspect of the work. If your town or township doesn't have a building inspector, don't build with stiner and sons aka lagrange junction inc.
