        Do not bank here. They will charge you insane amounts of overdraft fees even if you bring your balance positive in the same day. I repeat do not bank here if you do not like banks that take your money at every opportunity

        Been with this bank for well over 15 yrs. This branch is awful. Customers are their last priority; theyll have 4 on staff, no other customers, and you still have to wait 10 mins while they meander around until finally deciding to wait on the customer in front of them. Really awful. Bank mgr used to be great and staff was fairly responsive then but thats all changed.

        Never dealt with a bank that if you have a checking account and a loan through them that they cant make a payment over the phone. Corporate office is even worse.

        I had to change our business account to another bank, they couldn't figure out how to take an automatic payment, Pittsburgh office couldn't do it. They kept taking it out of personal account, then charge overdraft when it didn't go through.
