        William Alexander screwed up my tax returns! An sadly hr block doesnt care one bit they are holding my money hostage due to their mistake! So they have both my state an federal return for some time! I will be seeking legal action. I paid for a service that wasn't completed awful customer service an half of those who answer the phones there i don't think they could spell "I" without looking it up. They will never recieve mine nor why of my families business again
