J Robinson's Floral

Ordered from Florida for my Aunt's funeral. I received a text with a photo of the arrangement - I have ordered flowers hundreds of times and have never received a photo! I was pleasantly surprised - they were beautiful, and I really appreciated the extra step in making sure we knew what we were getting. Thank you!!

Ms Robinson was able to make sure my family was represented at my aunt's service. I wasn't able to make it from Detroit, but the arraignment that Ms Robinson had created was well received. Thank you!

Pretty flowers but bad customer service. Flowers were supposed to be delivered the morning of my birthday as we paid extra for this. We called in the morning and they told us they would be there in an hour at 11am. When they didnt show up, we tried calling again and again but got no answer. We finally received a call back after business hours at 6pm saying they could deliver within the hour, but after waiting around all day we had birthday plans and could not be there. We were told it would be delivered first thing the next morning then. They showed up finally the next day at 1pm after several missed calls in the morning. Their voicemail box was full so you couldnt even leave them a message when you called and they inevitably did not answer. Again beautiful flowers but could use some work on communication and delivery schedules.

This family owned business puts their service to their customer FIRST! The flowers are fresh, the colors..spectacular, the attention to detail is first rate all the way! What a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend them to you. If you try them, you'll recommend them to others!
