        I'm Loretta and have lived here since dec.2019. The manager Jennifer is the best. I love my apt. Its a secure building including a full washer and dryer in each apt.

In our office we have a wonderful manager name Jennifer she goes all out to make sure your happy and all your needs are met. I am very happy here .. I have a modern apartment including central air and heat. I feel safe and it's a secure building. We also have a working elevator. Every apt has a full size washer and dryer which is a plus and you don't pay for water. You want a place to call home I invite you to speak to Jennifer and make Carpenter Flats your next home.
