The worst place I ever had prepare my taxes. Took almost 2 years to get my 2019 and 2020 taxes done. I explained to the woman on the phone that I lost my job and was living in my car and about to lose that as well and it still took till September 2022 to get my taxes sent in to the irs for my returns. Lost that car and this dude who owns the company has the nerve to send me a bill with a due date less than 30 days? Seriously?!  The return money would have saved my vehicle and got me off the street. No care was given to me as a customer. My credit is shot soGo ahead and turn it to collections. Hell take me to court for all I care. I'm prioritizing everything else before they get a half cent from me. Took my 2021 to h and r block almost 100 dollars cheaper and they did it immediately and got my return in less than 2 weeks. I highly suggest you use anybody else than this joke of a company. Complete garbage all around.
