Brentwood Health Care Center

Brentwood is an excellent facility. Im a former worker there and my experience was good. I loved my residents and I took pride in giving them the best care. The only problem is the treatment we receive from our DON and ED. A conversation needs to be had with the owner. Brentwood is an excellent facility to have your loved one in.

From the Nurses and Aids to the Rehab team, this is a great facility to work on getting better. They did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable staying at Brentwood. It's clean and there are areas where family can meet up instead of being limited to the room, although the room is welcoming (not like a hospital) The meals were very good as well.

Still under staffed, only one nurse for the entire building and there are never enough aides to help with the amount of residents here. The staff is constantly cycled thru, new workers with no experience or compassion for the residents. The workers do not care about the patients only a paycheck, often milking the clock and sitting on their phones. Lack of personal care and hygiene Ive witnessed my family members go unchanged for days in a row. If I hadnt personally changed my family member daily they would be sitting in the same diaper from over 24 hours ago. There are no attempts to diaper check or to help the residents use the restroom every 4 hours like they claim. Cameras in room show there were never any attempts, We marked diapers we changed ourselves confirming they werent changed by staff the next visit. Ive personally witnessed negligence by the staff leading to residents health issues, injury from not being supervised and even death! Sandy always promises to make things right yet never follows through with her word
