Actually not even one star. The absolute rudest person ever! Not helpful, obviously annoyed at just answering the call. Phone etiquette was not something he was taught. Normally when you answer a call at a business you let the client or prospective client know who they are speaking with. Anyway dont bother with this place.

Jim Lukas has been my CPA for nearly 20 years and I have never been less than thrilled with Jims dedication to covering all the bases especially when I had income sources from multiple states including a bulk of 1099 income. Jim is always fair with his pricing and his efforts are worth every penny.

When I called and spoke with this business all I was able to get out was I started a fundraiser and was wondering..... and I was interrupted by woah woah woah woah woah, hold on. Are you one of my clients? And I said no but I potentially could be and then they said then set up and appointment and we can talk and I said how much do you charge and they told me which was pretty insane for someone having a question to begin with to not even know at that point if they could help, so I said I was all set and hung up. So incredibly rude. If the man on the phone wouldve let me finish my sentence, he would have been able to let me know that he couldnt help (as other accountants let me know). Glad I didnt spend money for an appointment with him just for him to not be able to do anything. I understand that people should be charged for their expertise but that wasnt even the point of my call and I couldnt finish my sentence to communicate that message. I am new to the area looking for a new place to have my taxes done and this place will not be it.
